Michael earned his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from USC, and his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. He has over ten years of professional engineering experience working in one of the largest defense companies in the world. Over the course of four years, he had successfully placed over 300 engineers and analysts in the organization across the major sites in the US. Having acquired valuable experience through his recruiting efforts, Michael founded Staffable to provide his recruiting expertise for innovative companies seeking to grow their team with top-tier talents.
